“Entire Exterior of House”
Painted entire exterior of house including a balcony, 3 porches and staining 2 concrete porch floors, also stained a wood deck. Member Comments: The amount of time that Brent spent during the estimation process alone making sure that he understood what was wanted and measuring was very impressive. Brent is very responsive, never had to wait more than an hour to get a response from him either before or during the work. Some days he emailed me pictures of the progress while I was at work, how great is that! They completed the work within 2 weeks which was faster than I had expected. Brent was on site most days to ensure that things were going well. There was a glitch out of Brent’s control, but he was very flexible in working out a resolution. After having hired other entrepreneur type painters in the past some of whom didn’t always show up every day, were impossible to reach or just didn’t do that great a job, THIS WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. We will definitely use them again. It’s great to have someone running the show who cares about the quality of the work and who also communicates clearly and frequently.
