In 2024, I proudly took over 360 Painting of Winston-Salem and High Point from James Watson, who built the company’s reputation over a decade of service to our local community. With a background in biomedical engineering and years of experience as an engineer and project manager, I entered the painting industry as a fast learner, ready to infuse a new level of project management excellence and customer care into our business.

I’m passionate about being close to our customers—listening to their needs, bringing their visions to life, and continually improving our service offering. With the support of an exceptional team including Troy and our skilled painters, I focus on ensuring that every project reflects our commitment to quality and clear, frequent communication. As a former project manager, I understand that success starts with proactive, professional communication, and that’s a cornerstone of our business.

Beyond business, I’m dedicated to making a positive impact in our community, including our ongoing partnership with Kids Lift. On a personal note, I love playing golf and watching college basketball. My wife and co-owner, Mumta, is my rock, and we’re excitedly preparing for the arrival of our first child in July 2025. This journey is about building a business that serves our local community, enriches the lives of our customers, and supports my growing family.

Troy brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for the painting industry to 360 Painting. Growing up in Clemmons and a proud graduate of Appalachian State University, Troy has deep roots in the community. His career in the painting industry began in 2020, and after serving as an assistant store manager at Sherwin-Williams, he joined 360 Painting in the Triangle region. Now, he’s thrilled to be back in Winston-Salem, serving the community he grew up in and calls home.

In his role as Territory Manager, Troy is responsible for conducting in-person consultations and managing painting projects from start to finish. His approach is defined by integrity—he sets clear expectations, explains every step of the process, and leverages his expertise to ensure quality results. Customers appreciate his honest, straightforward manner and his ability to quickly earn their trust.

Troy’s easy laugh and natural ability to connect with people make him a favorite among clients, while his exceptional problem-solving skills and level-headed demeanor ensure smooth project management even in challenging situations. When he’s not on-site, you can usually find him on the golf course or cheering on the Carolina Hurricanes.
